Steve Tait, Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a seasoned industry veteran and executive with a proven track record of leading and growing high-performance teams, delivering innovative solutions, driving customer success, and creating a culture all employees embrace. He excels at creating a vision that produces results against core company values without sacrificing his commitment to quality and excellence.
Before joining eWorkplace Manufacturing, Steve held various executive roles at SAP. He served as Global Lead - Sales Execution & Programs, in which he was responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, expanding channels, driving customer success, and enhancing marketing awareness for SAP S/4HANA Cloud across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to this, Steve served as Managing Director for three distinct business units within SAP — SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for North America — delivering consistent year-over-year growth for each segment.
Sahib Dudani, Board Chairman
Dr. Sahib Dudani is the founder and former CEO of eWorkplace Manufacturing, who has previously led the company's growth for over two decades since its inception and has positioned it as a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of micro-vertical ERP solutions. A lifelong entrepreneur and innovator with over 40 years of experience in the software and technology industry, Sahib brings deep industry knowledge, expertise, and a clear understanding of the challenges confronting manufacturers and distributors. Sahib also serves as an advisor to the manufacturing and distribution industry, sharing his insights into the future of manufacturing software, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. It is his life’s work to help businesses map solutions to complex industry-specific problems using modern technology that works as simply as possible.
Vinay Singh, Chief Product Officer
Vinay is the Chief Product Officer of eWorkplace Manufacturing, overseeing our platform strategy and execution and product vision across the company's portfolio of products. With over 25+ years of experience, Vinay has been instrumental in shaping the core features of our manufacturing and distribution solutions. In his role, Vinay focuses on ensuring that the products meet the rigorous industry requirements and compliance standards essential to manufacturers and distributors. His extensive experience across sectors such as food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, chemicals, personal care, discrete manufacturing, and wholesale distribution allows him to craft solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Vinay’s passion for solving complex problems, along with his focus on integrating emerging technologies, helps ensure that our product offerings continuously meet the evolving needs of manufacturers and distributors.
Ingrid Leon, Chief Customer Officer
Ingrid is the Chief Customer Officer at eWorkplace Manufacturing, where she leads the company's Customer Success team, comprised of Support, Account Management, and Technical Engagement Management team members. With over 22 years of experience in customer success, account management, and business development, Ingrid has a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in the manufacturing software industry. In her role, Ingrid oversees customer engagement strategies, ensuring that eWorkplace Manufacturing's solutions meet the needs of our diverse manufacturing and distribution customer base. Her team is passionate about fostering long-term relationships, leveraging customer feedback to drive product innovation, and ensuring every customer achieves their desired outcomes.
Joshua Douglass, VP of Finance and Administration
Joshua manages customer contracts and customer-related financial transactions. His role also involves establishing and adjusting organizational processes and internal controls to improve performance for eWorkplace Manufacturing. Josh is an MBA graduate from Cal State Fullerton.
Vipin Doshi, Head of Professional Services
Vipin brings a deep understanding of ERP implementation best practices and the needs of small and midsize manufacturers and distributors, including extensive experience as an ERP solution and implementation consultant earlier in his career. Vipin’s over 30 years of ERP experience and expertise span various leading ERP platforms in addition to the BatchMaster and OptiPro ERP platforms, including SAP Business One, SAP S4/HANA, SAP R/3, and Microsoft Dynamics GP. His background ranges from hands-on implementation to strategic pre-sales, ultimately helping manufacturing businesses understand, extract, and maximize the value of their ERP system. With added specialties in business process improvement and supply chain management, Vipin has consistently driven success for our customers.
Cesar Martin, Smart Factory Managing Director
Cesar is responsible for implementing Industry 4.0 and cutting-edge technology into our products to benefit our small to midsize customers. Our team, under his command, has developed ERP agnostic Smart Factory, a cloud-based Manufacturing Operations Management (M.O.M.) system that helps customers anticipate and respond faster to changing variables and market requirements. Cesar has a passion for innovation, extensive experience in various leadership roles with SAP, and a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of different manufacturing environments.
